Course Description

Electronic & Video Imaging (6853)

Electronic & Video Imaging will introduce the student to foundation skills needed in the disciplined video production activities. These include linear and nonlinear editing and animation. Students will be instructed in the use of available equipment and software to produce video compositions and image files. Instructional equipment may include camcorders, digital cameras, VCRs, image and title generators, monitors, and image editing hardware and software. All areas of electronic image generation will be presented as the equipment permits.

Grade 9 prior experience or instructor recommendation
