Dial-Up Requirements


What You Need to Connect
A personal computer. We provide support and software for PC's with Windows 95, Windows 98, 2000, NT and Windows XP.
A modem. A 9600 baud modem or faster is required. We recommend one capable of communicating at 14.4 kbps or faster. A good quality modem capable of 28.8 kbps or more is best ( we support 56K Flex technology ).
A phone line. Your phone line must be relatively free of noise for a reliable connection. Additionally, if you have call waiting, you need to activate tone block (*70) so the connection is not interrupted. You also have the option of adding a dedicated phone line.
