When calling for technical support, there are two numbers available. The 423-5777 number is our 24 hour technical support help line. When you dial this number, the call is forwarded to a support team managed by InfoAvenue. InfoAvenue is a licensor of several of our services. They are a South Carolina based company with over 50 other licesees across the Eastern United States. The tech staff has the ability to take you through checking and changing your computer's setup and configuration. Given the one-on-one nature of the support line, there is sometimes a wait period when using this number. The staff there strives to maintain a wait of no more than 5 minutes, although at certain peak hours the wait may be longer. If you have contacted InfoAvenue and are not happy for any reason, please call and let us know. The other number available is 423-5700, Citizens Internet Services' office number. We are open from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday. We are familiar with common problems that users may be experiencing, and are in constant contact with InfoAvenue, giving us information about the status of their services. If you are experiencing connection problems such as inability to connect, getting dropped off, not connecting at the expected speeds, etc., it is usually better to call our office. Additionally, we handle all web page related issues. If you would like a web page set up, are having trouble uploading files, etc., you should call our office.
