Currently, there are two commercial connection plans available, dial-up access and shared bandwidth T1 access. Dial-up access is available for $44.95 a month. This includes unlimited access to the Internet, our software package, 50 Mb of storage for a commercial web site, and 5 free email addresses with your own domain. There is also a one-time set-up fee of $25.00 if Citizens does not register your domain name for you. If your company does not require a web site, a personal connection package is also available. Please see our personal connection plans web page for more information. Companies also have the option of buying dedicated IP address on a single modem for a more "permanent" connection. If greater bandwidth is required, a dedicated T1 connection is also available. This requires a physical telco connection between your office and ours, and is handled by your local telephone company. After the connection is made, our bandwidth fees are listed in the table below. Citizens also offers the option of co-locating a server at our office. There is a one-time set-up cost of $200.00 for this service. Monthly fees are $100.00 + bandwidth, also listed below.
