• Now all Citizens customers can view their bills on line, and make payments online.
• If paying by check, make future payments payable to “Citizens”.
• If you are receiving multiple bills each month for services, call a representative and have those bills combined into one bill for convenience. You can make payments on your single bill by all of the same methods (cash, check, or credit card). You can elect to pay it online as well.
• Late Fees for all services will be calculated at 1.25% of the past due amount.
• If you currently receiving more than one service check out our website to see how bundling your services can save you money.
• Our new bills will have a different look. They should be much simpler to read and understand. The bundled charges will have one charge and all services and add-ons to the bundles will be listed. The taxes and fees will be shown appropriately and should be easier to understand.
